Hours
Full-time 39 hours per week
Key Duties Will Include
* Respond to customer support requests by telephone call, email, or tickets in a timely manner.
* Independently investigate, research, resolve and document end-user problems.
* Provide routine maintenance and troubleshooting of business equipment
* Maintain personal expertise in operation and application of standard workstation hardware and software.
* Assist senior team members in various projects.
* On-call weekend emergency support.
* Occasional travel to other depots if required.
The Ideal Applicant
* A strong attention to detail.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organisational skills.
* Good prioritization skills and the flexibility to adapt.
* A strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10, and Windows 11.
* The ability to work as one team, using their own initiative and helping and supporting colleagues.
* Broad knowledge of desktops, laptops, and other computer hardware.
* A working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Client, Server, and Office platforms (including Teams).
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Tools and software
