Quantity Surveyor/ Project Manager

What We’re Looking For
You’ll bring:
* Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry
* Strong understanding of construction contracts & legislation
* Excellent negotiation, analytical & communication skills
* A proactive, time-efficient approach to work
* A relevant degree or HNC + experience
* A full UK driving licence
What You’ll Be Doing
As our Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take the lead on:
* Managing and overseeing all commercial aspects of construction projects
* Collaborating with the estimator on feasibility studies & cost appraisals
* Working with design teams and buyers to source & price materials
* Managing subcontractors: tendering, placing orders, certifying work
* Acting as the bridge between site managers, engineers, project managers & clients
* Tracking & managing budgets, valuations & variations
* Identifying commercial risks & driving cost control initiatives
* Mentoring junior surveyors to build team capability
* Delivering clear, structured reports to stakeholders
