Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 remote) What You’ll Do Lead concept development across integrated campaigns across Digital/Social and Print Craft standout headlines and visual direction Manage a small studio team freelance creatives Own creative output from pitch to final delivery Present work, take feedback, and solve creatively Ensure brand consistency and strategic clarity Contribute to new business and agency growth What You Bring Proven art direction experience Strong conceptual copywriting (headlines/straplines) B2B and B2C campaign expertise Financial services experience would be ideal Confident team leader and mentor Strategic thinker with commercial awareness Background in integrated or advertising agencies
