Job Details
One Leisure St. Neots is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our team as a Fitness Consultant. You will deliver and support the One Leisure corporate and site‑specific systems, procedures and programmes to ensure a quality customer experience and exceptional service within the gym.
Responsibilities
* Deliver 1:1 fitness advice appointments (including programme setting)
* Deliver small group workshops and gym‑based fitness classes
* Maintain the cleanliness of the facilities and assist at reception where needed
Qualifications
* Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification
* Experience working in a busy gym, delivering fitness advice to members
* Experience delivering group exercise classes is desirable
Working Hours
* Week 1: Wednesdays 2pm‑10pm, Fridays 1pm‑9pm
* Week 2: Wednesdays 2pm‑10pm, Thursdays 2pm‑10pm
Ad‑hoc overtime is also available from time‑to‑time.
Other Requirements
This role is subject to a satisfactory DBS check. An offer of employment is conditional upon having the right to work in the UK. HDC does not hold a Sponsorship Licence and is unable to provide a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) or take over sponsorship for any role.
