Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced BMS Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major BMS and Controls programme on a large, secure site.
This is a high-profile, long-term project where you will take ownership of day-to-day onsite delivery, working closely with a Senior Project Manager, engineering teams, and the end customer to ensure safe, high-quality and commercially successful outcomes.
This role offers strong technical challenge, project ownership, and long-term career development within a global leader in smart building solutions.
Please note: This role is site-based Monday - Friday and requires security vetting.

Key Responsibilities
8. Lead onsite project delivery, coordination, and progress reporting
9. Build and maintain strong client, supplier, and subcontractor relationships
10. Validate design assumptions and support costing, scope definition, and execution planning
11. Manage subcontractor performance, contracts, and commercial outcomes
12. Track and report project progress to senior stakeholders
13. Ensure HSE compliance and conduct risk assessments
14. Support and mentor junior team members
What We’re Looking For
Essential
15. Proven project management experience within BMS / Building Controls
16. Track record delivering projects in the £1M–£4M+ range (ideally larger)
17. Strong commercial and financial awareness
18. Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
19. Experience leading onsite delivery teams
20. Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and Word
21. CSCS card & SSSTS (or willingness to obtain)
22. Full UK driving licence
23. Eligible for security clearance
Desirable
24. Experience delivering M&E or construction-based projects
25. Knowledge of BMS platforms (e.g. Metasys, Tridium, Trend, Siemens, Schneider)
26. Understanding of HVAC systems and control strategies
