Job Purpose and Role: As a Young Persons Outreach Worker, you will deliver a comprehensive Leaving Care Service, ensuring that young people leaving care receive the support and guidance they need. You will work in accordance with relevant legislation, including the Children (Leaving Care) Act 2000 and the Children Act 1989.
