The Role
As a Reception Teacher, you will plan, deliver, and assess lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework. You will create a positive, stimulating, and safe environment where children feel valued and supported. Observation and assessment will be central to your practice, ensuring every child receives the guidance and support they need to thrive.
You will collaborate closely with teaching assistants and colleagues to ensure consistency across the Early Years phase. Communication with parents and carers is an important aspect of the role, fostering strong home-school partnerships.

Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Have experience teaching in EYFS/Reception
* Demonstrate strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
* Be nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic
* Have excellent classroom organisation and behaviour management skills
* Be reflective, adaptable, and proactive
* Demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
