About the Role
We’re seeking a talented Product Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle, embedding AI innovation into every stage — from initial strategy and discovery through design, delivery, release, and continuous improvement.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping ICS.AI’s AI Copilot solutions, ensuring they deliver measurable outcomes for our clients in local government and beyond. You’ll coordinate across Product Owners, Architects, Developers, Client Services, Commercial, and Marketing teams to align stakeholders around product goals, while balancing innovation with delivery efficiency.
This is a high-impact role where you will champion AI-first product innovation, turning emerging technologies into practical, high-value solutions that address client needs and advance ICS.AI’s mission.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and deliver product vision, strategy, and roadmap in line with business goals
* Lead discovery workshops, client research, and solution design sessions
* Identify and incorporate emerging AI capabilities into product design and roadmap
* Partner with architects and data scientists to validate new AI features and use cases
* Manage product backlog, prioritisation, and trade-offs to maximise value
* Oversee delivery oversight and release readiness, ensuring client adoption and success
* Analyse product performance, market insights, and client feedback to drive continuous improvement
* Act as the external “voice of the product,” building credibility with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Required Skills and Experience
* At least 3–5 years in a Product Management role within technology/AI/software
* Degree in Business, Technology, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
* Agile Product Owner / Product Management certification desirable
* Strong experience in Agile product management, including backlog and roadmap ownership
* Ability to balance innovation with practical delivery outcomes
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across technical and non-technical audiences
* Analytical approach to product decisions using data, insights, and client feedback
* Passion for AI-driven innovation and the ability to spot opportunities for emerging technologies
