Roles & Packages
We’re hiring across several levels, depending on your experience:
Surveyor
* £55,000 base salary
* OTE £65,000–£85,000
* Produce premium Level 2 & 3 surveys with full support and training in our low-volume model
Senior Surveyor
* £65,000 base salary
* OTE £85,000–£105,000
* Handle complex surveys, support junior colleagues, and contribute to business development
Associate Director
* £75,000 base salary
* OTE £90,000–£115,000
* Mid-level leadership role focusing on mentoring, key referral partnerships, and strategic BD
Senior Roles (Senior Associate Director / Director)
* Salary and OTE negotiable
* Leadership roles with oversight of growth, recruitment, regional performance, and innovation

What We’re Looking For
* AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS (VRS preferred)
* Minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience
* Strong technical knowledge and pride in quality
* Desire to work in a low-volume, high-detail model
* Ambition to grow and contribute to a dynamic team
