The role
Are you detail-oriented and motivated, looking to start your career in a fast-paced environment? We’re seeking Junior Operations Analysts to join our transfers and trading operations teams in Edinburgh.
In this role, you will ensure seamless communication and documentation management, and execute transactions accurately and promptly across multiple asset classes, supporting our teams in Bath and Edinburgh. You will work from our Edinburgh office, maintaining process accuracy and efficiency, and supporting broader business needs with your expertise.
Typical daily responsibilities include...
* Managing communication between transferring schemes and Seccl
* Discussing transfer activity with ceding and receiving schemes via phone and email
* Managing internal client and scheme records
* Responding to transfer-related queries promptly
* Supporting other operational areas as needed
OR
* Monitoring and resolving trade processing exceptions across funds and securities
* Maintaining accurate client and trade records in internal systems
* Assisting with trade reconciliations and investigating discrepancies
* Responding to trading-related queries from internal teams
