A fantastic opportunity has arisen for Site and Installation Managers to join our specialist and experienced Building Services company providing the Energy, Food Processing and Pharmaceutical Industry with a unique service. We provide a unique service from concept, advising and partnering with our clients to ensure the correct mechanical and electrical solution bespoke to their needs.
Responsibilities
 * Organising and supervising engineers, subcontractors and work activities.
 * Preparing and presenting site inductions, safety briefings and toolbox talks.
 * Assessing and managing risk assessments and method statements.
 * Completion of all documents that are associated with the status of the project such as Quality Plans.
 * Ensuring appropriate site rules and welfare facilities are in place.
 * Assisting Project Managers to update and plan the work programme.
 * Arranging and co-ordinating deliveries of materials, plant and equipment so that project progression isn’t halted.
 * Completing company quality documents so that site reports can be provided to the management team.
 * Attending site management meetings.
 * Carrying out regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements, processes and procedures.
 * Raising safety concerns at the appropriate level.
 * Resolving problems and implementing improvements
 * Understands PNID drawings
 * Organising and planning 2 weeks look ahead programs
Skills
 * Communication and people management on site
 * Managing skill levels onsite to determine labour requirements
 * Signing off construction completion and commissioning paperwork
 * Updating the senior management team of progress
Qualifications and Specifications
 * Previous experience in a similar position of Site Supervisor
 * Time Served Qualified Engineer
 * CSCS Site Manager/Site Supervisor or ECITB – CCNNSG Card
