Delivery Driver
Manpower is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our National Client based in Cardiff for a 3.5t Driver to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis with an immediate start!
Location: Cardiff (East)
Pay: £13.18 per hour
Contract: Temporary
Duration: Ongoing
Working hours: 8.00 am - 4.00 pm
Job Responsibilities
1. Deliver paint and decorating supplies to trade customers and decorators within a planned route
2. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods, maintaining high levels of customer service.
3. Support with general warehouse and store duties during periods when not engaged in driving tasks.
4. Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
5. Navigate efficiently using local area knowledge and planned routes to optimise delivery times.
Required Skills & Qualifications
6. Must be aged over 21 years old.
7. Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
8. At least 2 years of driving experience, preferably with multi-drop deliveries with the ability to manage between 25-30 drops per day.
9. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients.
10. Appropriate PPE such as safety boots and high-visibility jackets.
11. Flexibility to support additional warehouse or store duties as required.
