We’re looking for a dynamic, driven individual to join our growing marketing agency as a Digital Marketing & Account Executive. This is a hybrid role combining hands-on digital marketing with client relationship management and business development. You’ll play a key role in both delivering outstanding marketing results and driving new business growth.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in digital marketing who is ready to step into a more client-facing, commercially involved position.
* Full time 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday.
* Opportunity for Hybrid working (must be able to commute to Kidderminster).
* Salary £30,000 to £35,000 per annum depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
* Supporting the delivery of online campaigns (social, email, PPC).
* Creating content for blogs, newsletters, and social media.
* Managing and growing brand and client presence across digital platforms.
* Analysing performance via Google Analytics and social metrics.
* Assisting with SEO strategies and content updates.
Account Management:
* Acting as a point of contact for client communications.
* Coordinating with internal teams to ensure campaigns meet client expectations.
* Managing timelines, updates, and campaign deliverables.
Business Development:
* Identifying and reaching out to potential new clients and partners.
* Assisting in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and presentations.
* Contributing to agency growth through lead generation and networking.
Qualifications:
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a digital marketing role.
* Experience in a client-facing role or sales/BD desirable.
* Digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google, HubSpot) a plus.
Skills and Tools:
* Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
* Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Google Ads, MailChimp, Meta Business Suite).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
* Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and SEO is a plus.
