Remuneration: Salary £26,027 (Probation rate)
Salary £27,328 (upon completion of successful probation)

About the Role
Hanover is excited to be recruiting for a permanent Support Worker based within our Buckie development.

About You
You will:
* Have a genuine passion for helping people.
* Be able to demonstrate our values: inclusion, accountability, respect, collaboration.
* Be able to display empathy and recognise the rights of independence and choice.
* Be willing to work towards an SVQ and registration with SSSC.
* Be able to work flexibly and as a lone worker on site, covering a 24-hour shift pattern.
* Be able to use Microsoft or equivalent applications competently.
* Be required to have a full and satisfactory PVG check prior to starting.
Main Responsibilities
Thisrole involves working 35-hours per week on a rolling rota covering various shifts including sleepovers.The rota is a rolling rota to help support work/life balance and you will be working as part of a team to ensure that services are delivered in a flexible, dignified, safe and stimulating way.
