We are currently recruiting for a qualified MOT Tester (Class 4) to join our established, reputable vehicle service and aftersales group. This is a stable, long-term, full-time role within a modern dealership and workshop environment, offering excellent work-life balance and ongoing training.

* Competitive salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum (DOE)
* Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 — no weekends

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out Class 4 MOT tests in line with DVSA regulations and standards
* Complete all MOT documentation and digital records accurately
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised MOT bay
* Support other technicians with servicing, inspections, and minor repairs when required
* Deliver a high standard of professionalism, accuracy, and customer service
Candidate Requirements
* Valid MOT Tester Licence (Class 4)
* Strong knowledge of vehicle safety standards and defect identification
* Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a busy workshop
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship
* Team-oriented with a positive attitude
* Willingness to learn and develop skills in EV and hybrid vehicles
