Key responsibilities may include:\n\nManaging acute episodes and responding to mental health crises, de-escalating aggressive or high-risk behaviour.\nOffering therapeutic support such as one-to-one counselling, group therapy, or cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).\nDeveloping and monitoring individualised care plans to support emotional and mental well-being.\nAdvocating for patient rights, ensuring dignity and respect in every interaction.\nCollaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive and compassionate care.\nAssessing and monitoring at-risk patients for signs of suicidal ideation or self-harm, intervening swiftly to ensure safety.\nWhat We Need From You\n\nA current and unrestricted NMC registration.\nAt least six months of UK-based paid experience.\nThe right to work in the UK.\nA good standard of English and effective communication skills.\nFlexibility to travel as required.\nAbout Nurseplus\n\nAt Nurseplus, our mission is to make a positive impact and change lives every day.
