We are recruiting full-time SEN Teaching Assistants to join a specialist secondary SEN school in Chertsey, supporting students aged 11–16 with primarily ASD needs in a structured, nurturing environment.

About the Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
• Provide 1:1 and small group support
• Help students access a differentiated curriculum
• Support emotional regulation and behaviour strategies
• Promote communication, independence and confidence
• Work closely with teachers and therapists to meet EHCP targets
You will play a key role in creating a calm, predictable and supportive classroom where students feel safe and understood.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday
8:30am – 3:30pm
Full-time, term-time only

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
