Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Ashby-de-la-Zouch
Siamo Recruitment, an industry-leading recruitment and training business with almost 40 years of success, is expanding.
We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to support the development and growth of our established Ashby-de-la-Zouch operation. Siamo specialises in supplying temporary and permanent staff across the distribution, logistics, manufacturing, engineering and office professional sectors.
This is a demanding yet rewarding role for someone who is motivated, driven and looking to build a long-term career within a fast-paced and successful business. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
Salary and hours:
£26,500 – £28,000 basic salary DOE
Uncapped commission structure
Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30
Flexibility for earlier starts and later finishes is required depending on client needs
Participation in the team’s weekly on-call rota will also be requiredYour responsibilities will include:
Proactively generating new business opportunities and developing client relationships
Managing and growing existing client accounts
Visiting client sites and maintaining strong working relationships
Advertising vacancies through job boards and social media platforms
Recruiting, screening and interviewing candidates
Matching suitable candidates to client requirements
Building strong relationships with both clients and candidates
Conducting regular service reviews to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Supporting business growth within an already established client base
Working towards individual and team performance targets

Flexible, hardworking and willing to learnPrevious recruitment experience is not essential as full training will be provided, however sales, customer service or account management experience would be advantageous.
A full UK driving licence and own vehicle are essential for this role, as regular travel to client sites will be required.
