The aim of the Group model is to improve quality and access for the people within the Bath, Swindon, and Wiltshire Integrated Care System (ICS), while enhancing opportunities for staff and responding to financial challenges.
The three Trusts have been collaborating increasingly since 2018, and the introduction of the Group model will accelerate and expand this collaboration, enabling us to work at scale and transform our services for the future.
