This full-time, permanent role involves managing reception duties, facilities management and providing general administrative support.
Strong customer/client liaison and organisational skills gained in a similar role are essential.
Salary: £24,000 Full-time, Permanent Belfast city centre office Key Responsibilities: Meeting and greeting clients and visitors ensuring all visitors are received and dealt with in an effective and efficient manner Answering phones on a busy Switchboard Diary management for meeting rooms Organising couriers Assisting with the management of meeting rooms
- setting up rooms for meetings and clearing these afterwards Organising external and internal catering Placing stationary orders Ensuring catering supplies are in stock General admin duties Skills and Experience: Excellent organisational skills First class interpersonal skills Ability to liaise effectively with both clients and colleagues.
2 years experience in a similar role Ability to demonstrate a commitment to the role through their skills and experience.
Ability to work in a team as well as independent.
