Management of a team of 2 AM QA Team Leaders during shift and 1 PM Shift QA Team Leader. Liasing extensively throughout the shift with production, hygiene, engineering and purchasing colleagues to ensure technical standards are understood and upheld by all departments. Ensuring maintenance and continual development of technical systems within the bakery Provide basic on the job training to improve TL skills and after identifying strengths and weaknesses ensure training plan implemented for all QA TLs With help of training department assist TLs in identifying training needs and development plan for all QAs Set KPIs for all team leaders and monitor against these ensuring constructive feedback provided at routine intervals. Establish action plans to drive improvements to all areas of the current systems and procedures from current trends Conduct internal audits at the correct frequency The Ideal Candidate We believe that success is built upon collaboration and diverse perspectives.
