Salary
: Circa £42,000 depending on skills and experience
What You'll Be Doing
* Maintain the D&A Forward Load Resource (future resourcing requirements) and Tasking Data and undertake analysis so as to advise under or over utilisation of resources
* Gathers data, analyse, and prepare reports or presentations to feed information back to teams/managers including D&A Performance against KPI
* Support teams within the D&A organisation to prepare estimates, proposals, and schedules
* Maintain budget tracking in support of Head of Department and senior managers across the organisation and advise of trends and deviations from plan
* Supports problem resolution, resolves issues and acts on feedback and usage of in-life Projects. Creates Project collateral and monitors results and feedback from Project campaigns
* Undertakes responsibility for the provision of support services to projects. Uses and recommends project control solutions for planning, scheduling, and tracking projects Sets up and provides detailed guidance on project management software, procedures, processes, tools, and techniques
* Provides basic guidance on individual project proposals. May be involved in aspects of supporting a programme by providing a cross programme view on risk, change, quality, and finance or configuration management
* Provides guidance on project management software, procedures, processes, tools, and techniques
Essential
Your skills and experiences:
* Experience of working in a PMO environment
* Great communication & organisation skills
* Ability to manage a busy workload
Desirable
* Good knowledge and understanding of PMO policies, processes, procedures and systems (Jira)
* Knowledge of PM governance and assurance processes such as Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR)
* Prince2, APMP or ITIL 4 Certification
