We have an amazing opportunity for a driven Field Sales Representative to join this growing, family‑run business, covering the Home Counties/M25 region.
£28-32k plus commission, car and benefits. Generate leads, close deals and maximise revenue with a respected industry supplier.

Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm.
Salary & Benefits
* £28,000 to £32,000 per year + Commission subject to experience

About the Field Sales Representative role
You will be a driven Field Sales Representative, able to develop effective sales strategies and win new business. You will identify and convert opportunities, building a strong pipeline and consistently achieving targets with support from head office.
This role is central to our client's growth, with responsibility for managing customer relationships, negotiating deals and delivering revenue.
You will generate and qualify leads, promote quality products and services, and stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Responsibilities
* Lead / enquiry generation for the office team to provide quotation & site visits
* Cold calling / telesales
* Visiting existing client base
* Develop new client base
* Site meetings / surveys, if required, upon receiving instructions from clients
* Evaluating customers skills, needs and building productive long lasting relationships
* Deliver on KPIs
* Maintain and update customer records
* Effectively manage and organise your time to maximise customer contact
* Maximise sales and profitability
About you
You will be a self‑motivated, driven and professional sales person. Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years sales experience with one company – Essential
* Previous experience of working in a similar industry and position (construction, transport, education, local authority, general industry) – Advantage (signage industry advantageous)
* Location around the M25 and home counties
* Familiar with different sales techniques and pipeline management
* Computer literate (MS Office)
* Proven sales record, able to demonstrate achievements against target
