As a Product Specialist, you will use your industry expertise to help banks, insurance companies, and other regulated financial institutions innovate how they do business. You will lead SmartSolution pilot programmes end‑to‑end, consult on business challenges, and present clear ROI to senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Lead SmartSolutions Pilot Programmes: Manage 4–12 week pilot programmes - Work directly with end users to guide them through testing, gather feedback and usage data, and translate insights into measurable ROI.
* Trusted Advisor: Deliver confident presentations and demos, answer functional questions, and showcase solution value.
* ROI Analysis: Translate pilot data into quantified business outcomes (e.g., efficiency gains, cost savings) and present compelling ROI stories to senior stakeholders.
* SmartSolutions Expertise: Help clients address industry challenges by showing how SmartSolutions streamline processes, reduce compliance burdens, and solve operational pain points in insurance broking, banking, and financial services
* Collaboration: Work closely with Presales, Sales, Product, Partners, and Customer Success teams.
* Resource Creation: Maintain high‑quality pilot materials, recordings, and planning resources.
Qualifications & Skillsets
* Consultative approach to selling or account management (not just order-taking)
* 2+ years in insurance broking industry, or banking in a commercial client-facing role
* Curiosity about technology - you see how platforms and automation can solve business problems, maybe you've been involved in a CRM implementation, digital transformation project, or just enjoy learning about new tech
* Client-facing experience where you've built relationships and understood business needs
* Comfortable presenting and explaining complex topics to stakeholders across all levels
* Data-savvy - you can analyze results and translate them into business value
* Good organizational skills - you can juggle multiple pilots running simultaneously
Desired Candidate Skills
* Experience in SaaS or value‑based selling
* Familiarity with Salesforce or insurance platforms (e.g Acturis)
* European language(s) beneficial
* Background in business development or account management
* CII qualifications
