* Plan, supervise, and prioritize production activities;
* Work closely with supervisors and the planning team;
* Lead, mentor, and coach production teams;

Qualifications
* Technical diploma in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering with 10 years of experience in production management or
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with 3 years of experience in production management;
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and an ERP system;
* Strong leadership skills, analytical mindset, and sense of accountability.
