Key Responsibilities

* Provide full administrative and organisational support to the Talent Manager.

* Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
\t
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
\t
* Liaise with clients, agents, and industry contacts on behalf of the Talent Manager.
\t
* Prepare documents, presentations, and meeting notes to a high standard.
\t
* Support with project coordination and office management tasks.
\t
* Be flexible and available to attend classes, training, or industry events outside of standard hours.
Candidate Profile

* Exceptionally organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
\t
* Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
\t
* Driven, ambitious, and eager to learn the ropes of talent management.

* Comfortable working in a busy office environment with shifting priorities.

* Willing to go the extra mile, including occasional out-of-hours commitments.

* Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
