The Responsibilities:
8. Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities to support children's specific developmental needs
9. Utilise EYFS knowledge to target children's developmental milestones
10. Maintain accurate written observations for each child to track progress
11. Assist with children's hygiene routines and mealtime support
12. Contribute to creating a safe and enjoyable environment
13. Uphold safeguarding protocols for all children
14. Update daily diary records for children under your care
The Requirements:
15. Enhanced DBS clearance on the update service, obtainable through Randstad if needed
16. Previous experience working with infants and young children
17. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
18. Effective written and verbal communication skills
19. Strong work ethic and professional demeanour
20. Proactive team player with a solid understanding of the EYFS curriculum
21. Eligibility to work in the UK
Desired (but not essential):
22. Safeguarding training
23. Paediatric first aid training
24. Food and hygiene training
25. Health and safety training
