Overall aim of the role
West Court Retreat is seeking an experienced and service-driven Food & Beverage Supervisor to support daily operations of our fine-dining restaurant and beverage service. This role is hands-on and guest-focused, ensuring exceptional service standards while leading and motivating the front-of-house team. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, strong attention to detail, and a deep understanding of fine-dining service etiquette.
Please note, West Court Retreat is not on a public transport route, so please consider necessary travel arrangements.

What You’ll Do:
Key responsibilities of this role will include, but not limited to:
* Setting up the department for the day
* Ensuring the highest level of service is delivered at all times
* Allocating breaks for staff where necessary on shift
* Completing shift handovers for the management team
* Ensuring the department is always fully operational, reporting maintenance & IT faults
* Training staff on Customer Services skills, upselling products, appropriate Health & Safety and Food Hygiene
* Cashing up tills on shift
* Follow licensing regulations
