Location: East Grinstead (mix of home and office working)
Job type: Part-time (17.5 hours a week over 5 days), fixed term contract until December 2025
Reporting to: Certificated Locations Manager
About the job: As part of the Certificated Locations (CL) team, support a network of 2300 CL sites by setting up, updating and maintaining advertising and photographic records on the Caravan and Motorhome Club’s website database within strict operational guidelines; providing telephone and email assistance to CL Owners directly in support of this work delivering excellent customer service.
Key Tasks/Accountabilities:
* Reviewing data received from CL Owners either by email or via an internal audit management database to ensure information is complete and liaise directly with CL Owners by phone or by email regarding any queries.
* Maintaining and updating Certificated Locations’ website content using an internal audit management database and Episerver product database working within strict formatting and operational guidelines.
* Filing of website content updates to relevant CL Owner folders.
* Promoting the use of photographs and videos on the Episerver product database by assisting CL Owners in how this can be achieved.
* Identifying photographs that would be of use to help market CLs in the future and filing them in the CL’s social media library.
* Checking membership records to ensure CL Owners are being given the correct level of advertising support and communicating with them when changes need to be made; promoting the benefits of Club membership.
* Setting up new CL records on Episerver product database and liaise with CL Owners to ensure they are registered on the internal audit management portal and know how to update their website and photographic information.
* Maintaining appropriate placeholder tags and alert messages on the website as and when required overseen by CL Administrators.
* The role of CLs Administrator may have access to Restricted and Confidential member, worker, volunteer and / or Club business data. This information must only be collected and processed in line with all regulations from the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority), the Data Protection Act and all Caravan and Motorhome Club policies and procedures. All types of data held by The Club are valuable and must be protected.
* Any other duties appropriate to the operation of the Certificated Locations team / network may be assigned at the discretion of management.
Essential Skills & Experience Required:
* Good knowledge of computer systems ideally including Google (docs, sheets, slides) and Gmail.
* Experience of data entry, maintaining and updating databases.
* Experience of delivering excellent customer service assistance by phone and by email.
* Attention to detail and effective grammar skills.
* Proactive, organised and friendly but business-like manner.
* Ability to manage own workload and work remotely when required.
