Position: Training Administrator – Full training provided

Contract: Permanent

Location: Irvine, Scotland (Office‑based)

Company: TrainingPlus – part of the Briggs Equipment Group

Salary: £29,000 + Commission (OTE £35,000+)

Hours: Monday and Friday, 8am–5pm

We’re looking for a Training Administrator to join our team. This is a fast‑paced, customer‑focused role that blends administration with sales activity—ideal for someone ambitious, organised, and ready for a new challenge with clear opportunities for growth.

What you’ll be doing:

* Customer engagement - speaking with customers to understand their training needs and providing accurate quotes
* Managing training bookings and delivering excellent administrative support
* Outbound calling to potential clients to generate new business
* Building strong customer relationships and ensuring a smooth booking experience
* Upselling additional courses and identifying opportunities to add value
* Using our CRM system to track interactions and maintain accurate records


What you’ll bring:

* Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with customers
* A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
