At Sutton Kersh, we are seeking a highly motivated Accompanied Viewer to join our Auctions team on a 35-hours contract. This flexible role is based in Liverpool and offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment, showcasing auction properties to potential buyers.
A Quick Look at the Role:
As an Accompanied Viewer, you will be responsible for conducting viewings of our auction properties, ensuring potential buyers receive a professional and informative experience. You’ll present key features of properties, answer questions, and support the sales team to contribute to the successful sale of properties at auction. The number of hours worked may fluctuate depending on the auction cycle, this will be discussed at interview.
