Job Purpose
The Senior Director of Professional Services Consulting will lead and scale our global professional services organization, driving customer outcomes, revenue growth, and operational excellence across North America and EMEA. This role involves developing and executing our global professional services strategy, delivering with a consultative mindset, and building a high-performing team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership: Partner with the Global SVP of Professional Services and other leaders to define and implement the global vision and strategy, develop scalable frameworks, and build strategic relationships.
* Business Development & Growth: Drive revenue growth through client engagement, identify new offerings, and support market strategies. Manage P&L to meet financial goals.
* Team Development & Management: Lead and mentor a diverse global team, fostering a culture focused on customer outcomes and continuous improvement. Establish performance metrics and career paths.
* Operational Excellence: Optimize resource use, implement project management systems, and create reporting to measure performance and satisfaction.
* Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry events, contribute to thought leadership content, and stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements:
* Experience: 10+ years in professional services or consulting, 5+ years in leadership managing large teams, with a proven record of scaling organizations and revenue growth.
* Skills & Competencies: Leadership, strategic thinking, communication, financial management, cross-cultural operation, problem-solving.
* Education: Bachelors degree required; MBA or higher preferred. Certifications are a plus.
* Travel: Willing to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally.
* Location: Flexible, preferably in major hubs in North America (ET) and Europe (GMT/CET).
