We’re looking for a Global Reward Analyst to support the delivery of global compensation and benefits programmes, working closely with the Director of Global Compensation, Benefits and Executive Remuneration. This is a key role supporting global pay and benefits delivery, salary benchmarking, performance and bonus review cycles, and reward-related analytics. You’ll also play a part in wider reward initiatives that shape and strengthen the employee experience. Key Responsibilities: Annual Pay and Bonus Review Support the delivery of the annual salary and bonus review process. Provide HR managers and line managers with the information they need to make fair, evidence-based pay decisions. Respond to pay-related queries and produce salary, bonus, and share award letters, along with total reward statements. Reward Analysis & Job Evaluation Support HR teams with bespoke reward proposals for complex or senior hires. Conduct job evaluations for new and evolving roles, ensuring correct levelling within the career framework. Participate in salary and compensation surveys, providing data insights on pay trends, benefits, and reward practices. Provide reward analytics and forecasting support to HR, Finance and Payroll. Benefits Administration Coordinate the annual renewal of employee benefits, including private medical insurance, life assurance, and income protection. Maintain and update benefits information on internal platforms, ensuring clarity and accessibility. Handle benefit-related queries and contribute to ongoing improvements in benefit provision. Performance Cycle Support the annual performance review process, including communication, manager guidance, and performance calibration linked to bonus allocation. Compliance & Reporting Produce reports such as the annual Gender Pay Gap and contribute to other internal and regulatory reporting requirements as needed. Key Requirements: Experience supporting reward processes within a complex organisation. Solid understanding of compensation and benefits principles. Global reward experience would be highly beneficial, with a preference for knowledge of the US market. Strong analytical skills and a high level of accuracy with data. Comfortable using HR systems and Microsoft Excel to manage and interpret data.
