Temporary Reception Administrator – Northampton (12–21 November) About the Role You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing a warm welcome and essential admin support across the business. What You’ll Be Doing Answering incoming calls and directing them appropriately Greeting visitors and making refreshments for meetings Keeping the kitchen tidy and stocked with essentials Setting up meeting rooms and preparing documents General office admin including filing, photocopying, and data entry Supporting other departments with basic admin tasks Managing stationery supplies and ensuring equipment is working What We’re Looking For Friendly and professional communication skills Confident using a computer (Excel is a bonus, not a must) A helpful, can-do attitude and great customer service Ability to work independently and as part of a small team Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills The Details Dates: 12th – 21st November Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:15pm (45-minute lunch) Location: Northampton office – easy access by car or public transport ️ Free onsite parking This role is ideal for someone between jobs, looking for extra income, or wanting to gain experience in a professional office setting.
