An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Recruitment Team, we are currently seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Apprentice to join our small but busy team.
You will be studying Customer Service Level 2 qualification and attend virtual tutor classes withBirmingham Metropolitan College
You will provide an effective and efficient administrative service to support the Recruitment Team and wider HR function.
There is a need to be able to work within a busy environment, prioritise workload with accuracy and to deadlines.
As a Recruitment Team we are the first contact received by candidates following a successful interview, we provide support to managers and candidates from the beginning to the end of the recruitment process.
Main duties of the job
* To undertake a range of administrative duties to support the work of the team.
* To act as first point of contact for all general recruitment
* To provide cover for colleagues as appropriate when required.
* To provide customer focused services to users
* To engage with a wide range of both internal and external stakeholders

This role gives the opportunity for hybrid working and you will typically be asked to work in a hybrid way, working from your home and also from Trust HQ The Uffculme Centre, or any other agreed site.

Please note, if applicable for your role you will be required to cover the cost of your DBS certificate. This will be deducted from your salary over 3 months. You will also be required to sign up to the DBS Update Service before commencement with the Trust. The Trust will reimburse this. You will be contractually obliged to maintain your subscription.
All successful applicants will be required to complete the Trust’s induction programme. The Fundamental (Statutory and Mandatory) training will be in an e-learning format. You will be required to complete training modules online (approx. 9-14 hours depending on post) by the end of your second week with us.
