What You’ll Be Doing: Running a 360 recruitment desk across the tech space (permanent roles only). Taking ownership of your own market vertical and building a sustainable client base. Working directly with senior leadership on the growth and structure of the US team. Generating leads, sourcing top-tier tech talent, and closing high-value placements. Option to remain remote in the UK or relocate to Texas with full support. What’s On Offer: Base salary £40k–£55k DOE uncapped commission up to 40%.
