We’re looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service Administrator to join our clients busy team. This is a varied admin role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, supporting customers with their queries and providing a high level of service.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Handle incoming calls and emails from clients and internal teams\n\n * \n\n Maintain accurate records and update internal systems with delivery and booking information\n\n * \n\n Support colleagues with general administrative tasks\n\n * \n\n Process paperwork including delivery notes, invoices and customer documentation\n\n * \n\n Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally, escalating when necessary\n\n * \n\n Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely communication\n\n * \n\n Assist with scheduling and coordination of deliveries and collections\n\nWhat we’re looking for:\n\n * \n\n Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner\n\n * \n\n Previous experience in an admin or customer service role\n\n * \n\n Good attention to detail and ability to multitask\n\n * \n\n Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems\n\nWorking hours (20 per week):\n\n * Monday to Friday 10am-2pm (some flexibility is available on start time)\n\nInterviews are to be held a...
