What you’ll be doing
* Monitoring and improving manufacturing processes to maximise efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality
* Supporting root cause analysis and troubleshooting of process issues
* Working closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to implement process improvements
* Analyzing data and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement
* Supporting new product introductions and process trials
Your shift pattern
* 4 on / 4 off rotation (2 days, 2 nights) – providing a consistent work-life balance
Qualifications and experience
* Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer
* An appropriate Engineering qualification
* Knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety
* Ideally you have worked in food manufacturing or FMCG production environments previously, however this is not absolutely necessary
* Preferably multi-skilled (mechanical/electrical)
* PLC experience would be a bonus
