Sunnybank House is a luxurious 60‑bed residential and dementia care home located in Eastleigh. We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate and reliable carers to be part of our care team looking after our residential and dementia residents.
Responsibilities
Provide compassionate care and support to residents, promoting choice, individuality and independence at all times. Work as part of a close‑knit team, supporting each other and encouraging team spirit.
Qualifications
* Physically and medically able to carry out duties and responsibilities, with or without assistive aids
* NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualifications (willingness to attend if not currently holding)
* Team player, self‑motivated, proactive, flexible and adaptable
* Ability to organise and prioritise workload and work under pressure
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
