About The Role
We are seeking compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Life Practitioners to join our team at Tigh Grianan. In this role, you will support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them lead fulfilling, independent lives by assisting with daily activities and accompanying them on community outings.
We provide a company vehicle for transportation to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To operate the vehicle, you must have a full UK driver’s license or have been driving in the UK for at least 2 years.
