Specsavers in Blackburn are looking to grow their team and are seeking a new Dispensing Optician to join the Dispensing Opticians to support, with a focus on giving patients the best experience. You will be running a specialist clinic at Specsavers Blackburn, predominantly looking after concerns and supporting patients who are struggling with their sight. The team is social and Appendix-friendly, with opportunities to participate in team activities and enjoy a pleasant work environment. We welcome flexible working patterns, including full-time and part-time applicants, and are happy to discuss your ideal schedule.
Responsibilities
* Run a specialist clinic at Specsavers Blackburn, predominantly looking after patient concerns and supporting them with their sight needs.
* Deliver excellent patient experience as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications
* BSc (HONS) in Ophthalmic Dispensing
* Excellent understanding of optics and audiology customer journeys
* Excellent listening and communication skills
* Passionate about providing top-notch customer service
* Great team worker
