The Marketing Coordinator will assist in executing key departmental goals, project plans, and timelines to deliver marketing campaigns across various platforms internationally. This role is ideal for a marketing professional eager to diversify skills, take on new challenges, and contribute to a small team with a significant impact on global strategy implementation. The candidate should be diligent, organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving and innovation, utilizing a diverse skill set across traditional and emerging marketing channels.
This position reports directly to the Global Marketing Manager in London and supports global marketing efforts in North America, Europe, India, and Asia. It offers an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic marketer in a rapidly growing company.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Develop & deliver email schedule: Collaborate with marketing, science, and sales teams to create an email schedule supporting key campaigns. Design and send emails tailored to target audiences across regions, supported by the Global Marketing Manager and Head of Design.
2. Email reporting: Track email success, develop A/B testing plans, and report on bounced or defunct emails for sales follow-up.
3. Database reporting and management: Generate database reports, recommend improvements, and process incoming data for import.
4. Support event participation: Assist in organizing event logistics, including booking stands, registering staff, and preparing marketing materials.
5. Graphic Design: Support design projects for marketing collateral within brand guidelines, working with the design team.
6. Website management: Update web pages in WordPress, add content, and monitor SEO performance.
7. Online Shop Curation: Maintain online catalog, ensure timely order fulfillment, and uphold branding standards.
8. Social Media: Collaborate with the social media team to create content and manage postings.
9. Marketing Collateral stock management: Monitor and dispatch marketing materials and branded items.
10. Translations and updates: Coordinate content updates and translations of brochures and marketing materials.
11. eLearning: Assist in gathering and publishing eLearning content.
12. Project Coordination: Collaborate across departments to deliver marketing initiatives.
13. AI Utilization: Use AI tools to develop web content such as blogs, podcasts, and videos.
14. Brand Standard Enforcement: Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. Strong digital marketing skills, proficiency in design software, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential. Experience with SEO, social media, website management, and data analysis is preferred. English must be a first language.
