About this Role
As a PCV Driver/Valet at Dawsongroup bus and coach, youll be delivering and collecting buses and coaches with care and professionalism (and no passengers). Youll keep our fleet looking its best and running smoothly, making sure every vehicle is spotless and roadworthy before it goes back out on hire.
Driving passenger-carrying vehicles safely and professionally to meet schedules.
Inspecting vehicles and checking tyres, lights, and oil, to ensure theyre roadworthy.
Valeting buses and coaches inside and out to a high standard.
Recording driving hours and reporting any incidents promptly.
Following procedures for breakdowns, accidents, and emergencies.
About You
You take pride in your work and have a keen eye for detail. Whether its making sure vehicles arrive in top condition or handling paperwork correctly, youre all about doing the job right. Youre reliable, self-motivated, and know how to get things done without needing to be micromanaged.
PCV licence and Drivers CPC essential.
At least 1 year of experience driving a bus or coach confident and professional behind the wheel.
Physically fit able to carry out cleaning, maintenance, and vehicle checks.
Tech-savvy comfortable using a computer or handheld device.
Team player supportive and works well with others.
