Associate / Director Building Surveyor

What you will be doing
* Leading complex professional services and project instructions
* Acting as a trusted adviser to private and commercial clients
* Mentoring and developing junior surveyors
* Taking ownership of workload, resourcing and delivery
* Playing a real role in shaping direction and growth
What we are looking for
* Chartered Building Surveyor
* Strong experience across surveys, dilaps, RCAs and projects
* Comfortable with travel and varied asset types
* Commercial, pragmatic and hands‑on
* Collaborative leader who leads by example
Salary & benefits
* Associate salary up to £80,000 plus bonus
* Director package £75,000 to £90,000 base
* Bonus typically takes total package into six figures
* £8,000 car allowance at Director level
