Strategy Manager - COO/Transformation (London Market Insurance) | £140k - £160k + Bonus/Benefits | London, UK
Are you looking for an opportunity to shape the operational strategy of arguably the most exciting brand in the London insurance market?
Do you have experience across strategy, delivery, operations, and technology within the insurance, FS/Banking or consulting space?

To be considered, you will have:
* A strong strategic background with a proven track record in enterprise-level strategy, delivery, and execution (insurance, consulting, or wider financial services/banking experience preferable)
* Proven experience operating at executive level, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
* A high-energy personality, with resilience, presence, and a fast-paced approach to work
* Strong commercial acumen and experience working on complex, business-critical initiatives, ideally on a global scale
* Exposure to global operations, technology, data, and transformation functions is highly desirable.
