Location: UK Wide (Typically 2‑3 days per week; office based in Malvern)
Remuneration: £45,000 - £55,000.

Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver retail fit‑out and commercial projects nationally.
- Oversee multiple retail fit‑out and commercial interior projects from design and tender stage through to completion and final account agreement.
- Review architectural drawings, prepare scopes of work and specifications, and manage tender processes to ensure commercial viability.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants and internal teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits across the UK to monitor progress, health & safety compliance and contractor performance.
- Prepare project documentation, handovers and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting the Managing Director with project delivery and business growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Extensive Project Management or Contract Management experience in commercial fit‑out, interiors, design & build, hospitality fit‑out, shop fitting or a closely related sector.
- Highly advantageous to hold a related degree (construction, architecture, interior design).
- Excellent understanding of up‑to‑date building regulations.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
- Good telephone manners and high attention to detail.
