Lead all operational activities onsite to meet the health, safety, environmental and business demands of the equipment and plant.
Maintain Plant Availability and required electricity, steam and demineralised water to meet customer requirements.
Provide training and instruction to Lead Operator and Trainee Operators
List Primary Duties & tasks
Leadership – Leading, directing mentoring assigned staff.
Customers – Interface with customer representatives to ensure Service Level Agreements requirements are met.
Site Compliance – Identify the appropriate resources and authorised persons to meet Bring Energy technical compliance requirements.
Emergency Preparedness – understand Shift Operations Leader role and perform duties within emergency plans and contingency plans.
Business Managements Systems - Implementation of Bring Energy business managements systems requirements on the site.
Safety Management System – Ensure team uses Work Wallet to report safety related issues, review Work Wallet submissions and agree any required corrective actions. Ensure Bring Energy Risk Assessment and Safety Permit requirements are implemented as appropriate to site operations.
Asset Management – prepare plant configuration and control. Isolations in support delivering the Asset Management programme.
Plant Performance – undertake plant configuration duties to deliver the required electricity, steam and water demand by the station's customers.
Performance Improvement – support the delivery of projects and upgrades to improve availability, reliability and efficient operations within the safe operating envelope of the site.
Business Capability – Identify, develop team competencies to deliver the annual business plan, meets succession requirement and support New Energy Project.
