Workshop Controller/Planner

Major Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Workshop Planner for their client located in Thorne, Doncaster. As a Workshop Planner you will oversee the daily work activities of the site, ensuring effective communication among colleagues and management. You will hold a key role by carrying out site planning processes and practices to support the Technical support manager.
Key Responsibilities of a Workshop Planner
Monitor and track all KPI's against plan, providing timely and accurate reports on planned flex hours, performance levels, etc.
Lead efforts to enhance productivity levels within the workshop.
Provide guidance and support to Front Line Managers.
Ensure effective communication on company policies regarding productivity, holidays, shifts, sickness etc.
Handle all administration functions associated with planning operations and their implementation.
Ensuring adherence to and improvement upon the quality of service as outlined in working procedures, as well as compliance with Health & Safety responsibilities and ISO 9001 accreditation.
Maintaining awareness, knowledge, and training on environmental issues within the ISO 14001 standard.
