We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate Administrator to join a global firm. In this role, the successful candidate will support the Corporate Team with the timely and accurate management of client and entity data.
Key responsibilities include supporting Client Management with administrative tasks, processing payments in line with AML, sanctions, and CFT guidelines, and completing workflows to maintain consistency and accuracy in service delivery. The individual will also liaise professionally with third-party providers and ensure all documents are correctly filed, using available systems in line with the records management policies.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years’ experience in trust, company, or legal services, with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of fiduciary service needs. A flexible approach, commitment to learning and development (including maintaining CPD), and the ability to meet performance targets are essential.
