Planning Policy Lead
Ribble Valley Council is looking for an experienced planning professional to lead a small, dedicated team in delivering our new Local Plan. Responsibilities
* Lead the planning policy team and drive the development of a new style Local Plan.
* Prepare robust and sound local plans, ensuring compliance with planning policy and statutory requirements.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, council members, and the public.
* Support, mentor, and develop team members.
Qualifications
* Fully qualified planning professional with full RTPI membership.
* Substantial experience in planning policy, particularly in preparing local plans.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
